The Project

Stepnell Ltd appointed Volsen to complete the refurbishment to the roofing area on their £1.3m regeneration project at the Co- op Bearwood site in Poole.

To suit the Clients budget, specification and guarantee requirements, Sikalastic 618 was used to provide a suitable waterproofing solution as it offered the most cost-effective solution for the refurbishment whilst allowing complete coverage around and under the complex plant and pipe penetrations that existed on the roof.

Stepnell Managing Director Mark Wakeford said: “This is an exciting project, which will contribute to the regeneration of the Bearwood district improved shopping facilities and a new, purpose-built medical centre.
